Coloca este pur\u00e9 en una cazuela de barro y calienta en el horno a 5o\u00a0\u00b0C\u00a0con la puerta del horno entreabierta durante unos 15 min.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando el pur\u00e9 de calabaza con ch\u00eda est\u00e9 listo, mezcla con el cochayuyo descartando el agua con lim\u00f3n del remojo. Reserva unos trocitos de cochayuyo para decorar.<\/p>\n<p>Sirve en platos y decora con los trocitos de cochayuyo reservados, los granos de guisantes, el s\u00e9samo negro y el aceite de oliva.<br \/>\nEn vez de aceite de oliva, puedes usar tu aceite vegetal preferido.
