A pesar de que es muy saludable, no es una de mis verduras favoritas. Tal vez es la textura y el fondo amargo\u2013picante.<br \/>\nSin embargo, esta receta me llena de amor de col lombarda&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed la receta, no te olvides de decirme qu\u00e9 te parece&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> 5 min. T<strong>iempo de cocci\u00f3n:<\/strong> no necesita. <strong>Listo en<\/strong> 5 min.<br \/>\n<strong>Para 4 batidos<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1 col lombarda peque\u00f1a, cortada fina<br \/>\n3 tazas de frutas del bosque (fresas, ar\u00e1ndanos, grosellas, frambuesas)<br \/>\n1 taza de hojas de menta fresca<br \/>\n1\/2 taza de hojas de estevia o 2 cucharadas de hojas de estevia seca reci\u00e9n molidas<br \/>\n1 cucharadita de semillas de vainilla crudas<br \/>\n1 lim\u00f3n peque\u00f1o en cuartos, con la piel y las semillas<br \/>\n1\/2 taza de agua de mar<br \/>\n2 tazas de agua de manantial<br \/>\n2 cucharadas de polvo de a\u00e7a\u00ed<\/p>\n<h4><strong>M\u00e9todo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Combina todos los ingredientes en una batidora de jarra turbo y mezcla hasta obtener la textura deseada.
