El cebiche es un plato que incluye b\u00e1sicamente pescado o marisco, o los dos, ali\u00f1ado con c\u00edtricos. T<strong>iempo de cocci\u00f3n:<\/strong>\u00a0no necesita.\u00a0<strong>Listo en:<\/strong>\u00a020 min.<br \/>\n<strong>Para 2 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>8 champi\u00f1ones grandes, cortados a l\u00e1minas finas<br \/>\n2 aguacates, cortados en cubos<br \/>\n2 c. soperas de cilantro, picadito<br \/>\n1 c.sopera de genjibre reci\u00e9n rallado<br \/>\n1\/2 cebolla blanca, picada fina<br \/>\n1 diente de ajo, chafado y con la piel<br \/>\n3 limones, el zumo<br \/>\n1 c. sopera de n\u00e9ctar de \u00e1gave<br \/>\n1\/4 taza de agua de mar<br \/>\n1 pizca de pimienta negra, reci\u00e9n molida<br \/>\nbrotes de cebolla<\/p>\n<h4><strong>M\u00e9todo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Chafar el ajo y deja reposar durante unos 10 minutos. Picar la cebolla bien fina junto con el ajo.\u00a0Colocar en un bol de cristal o cer\u00e1mica. A\u00f1adir los champi\u00f1ones, el zumo de lim\u00f3n, el agua, la pimienta, el \u00e1gave y el agua de mar. Mezclar y dejar macerar durante 15 minutos.
