En un bol, combina el calabac\u00edn con el lim\u00f3n, masajea suavemente y deja macerar durante 15 minutos. Escurre con cuidado el calabac\u00edn y seca sobre papel absorvente o un pa\u00f1o de cocina limpio.<\/p>\n<p>En un plato, colocar las l\u00e1minas de calabac\u00edn en c\u00edrculos de afuera hacia adentro.
