Tarta de ch\u00eda, cacao y frutos rojos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si no ten\u00edas planes para San Valent\u00edn, aqu\u00ed te sugiero uno: tarta de mousse de ch\u00eda y cacao con frutos rojos.<br \/>\nEn el fondo, a m\u00ed San Valent\u00edn me importa poco, es simplemente un reclamo consumista m\u00e1s. Pero siempre que la gente celebra, por alg\u00fan motivo, hay alg\u00fan pastel o pastelito que se me antoja.<br \/>\nAs\u00ed que, como cualquier otro d\u00eda, hoy he preparado mi postre especial, y ya est\u00e1 listo\u00a0para que lo puedas preparar t\u00fa si quieres celebrar el 14 de febrero o para cualquier situaci\u00f3n que lo pida.<br \/>\nEspero que te guste, es todo salud y energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Para la mousse de ch\u00eda y cacao<\/strong><br \/>\n12 c. soperas de semillas ch\u00eda, reci\u00e9n molidas<br \/>\n12 c. soperas de semillas de ch\u00eda, sin moler<br \/>\n6 c. soperas de cacao en polvo crudo<br \/>\n6 c. soperas de algarroba en polvo cruda<br \/>\n1 c. peque\u00f1a de semillas de vainilla<br \/>\n8 orejones, picados muy peque\u00f1itos<br \/>\n8 orejones, remojados y triturados hasta formar una crema<br \/>\n1\/2 taza de fambruesas deshidratadas<br \/>\n1\/2 taza de coco rallado<br \/>\n1 c. peque\u00f1a de hojas de estevia, reci\u00e9n molidas<br \/>\n1 litro de leche de almendras casero<br \/>\n1 pellizquito de sal marina, sin refinar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para la base<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/2 taza de trigo sarraceno, germinado y deshidratado<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para la mermelada<\/strong><br \/>\n1 taza de bayas goji, remojadas durante 30 min. en 1\/2 taza de agua de manantial o filtrada<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para decorar<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/2 taza de rodajas de fresones, deshidratadas<br \/>\n1 c. sopera de coco rallado<\/p>\n<h4>M\u00e9todo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p>Mezclar todos los ingredientes secos para la mousse de ch\u00eda, cacao y frambuesas en un bol y mezclar bien con un batidor de barillas hasta que no haya grumos. A\u00f1adir la leche de almendras poco a poco y mezclar bien homog\u00e9neamente hasta combinar bien los ingredientes secos con la leche. Reservar como m\u00ednimo durante 30 minutos para que la ch\u00eda absorba bien la leche y se infle.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras tanto, puedes preparar la mermelada de bayas goji. Coloca las bayas goji y el agua de remojo en una batidora y tritura hasta obtener una crema suave. Reservar en la nevera en un bote de cristal tapado.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando hayan pasado los 30 minutos de reposo de la ch\u00eda, colocar un aro para pasteles de unos 25 cm de di\u00e1metro sobre un plato y esparcir de manera homog\u00e9nea los brotes del trigo sarraceno. Seguidamente, vertir la mousse de ch\u00eda, cacao y frambuesas poco a poco sobre el trigo sarraceno y repartir homog\u00e9neamente y nivelando con una esp\u00e1tula.<br \/>\nDejar reposar durante la noche o durante ocho horas y desmoldar con cuidado.<br \/>\nDecorar con la mermelada de goji, que estar\u00e1 m\u00e1s espesa despu\u00e9s de haber reposado, y los fresones deshidratados.
