{"id":3983,"date":"2013-02-20T15:45:17","date_gmt":"2013-02-20T14:45:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kijimunas-kitchen.net\/es\/?p=3983"},"modified":"2013-02-20T15:45:17","modified_gmt":"2013-02-20T14:45:17","slug":"sopa-de-chia-y-miso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kijimunas-kitchen.com\/es\/sopa-de-chia-y-miso\/","title":{"rendered":"Sopa de ch\u00eda y miso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy te quiero dejar una receta s\u00faper r\u00e1pida y sencilla que tiene un efecto calmante y relajante sobre el cuerpo; es muy agradable y tonificante para el invierno.<br \/>\nSe toma calentita, a 42 \u00b0C, es salada y muy nutritiva; ayudar\u00e1 al buen funcionamiento de tu sistema digestivo.<br \/>\nPor la noche es una sopa s\u00faper reconstituyente y relajante; ayuda a descansar y baja los niveles de az\u00facar en sangre.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b>\u00a05 min.\u00a0<b>Tiempo de cocci\u00f3n:\u00a0<\/b>no necesita.\u00a0<b>Listo en:<\/b>\u00a05 min.<br \/>\n<b>Para 2 personas<\/b><\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes<\/h4>\n<p>6 c. soperas de ch\u00eda, remojadas durante la noche<br \/>\n2 c. soperas de s\u00e9samo negro, remojado durante la noche, el agua descartada y reci\u00e9n molido<br \/>\n2 hojas de alga nori sin tostar, cortadas y reci\u00e9n molidas<br \/>\n2 c. soperas de miso de cebada (Mug\u00ed miso)<br \/>\n1 c. sopera de ume so (vinagre de umeboshi)<br \/>\n1 c. sopera de tamari<br \/>\n1 c. sopera de hojas de acelga, bien picaditas<br \/>\n1\/2 c. peque\u00f1a de jengibre, reci\u00e9n rallado<br \/>\n1\/2 c. peque\u00f1a de ajo en polvo<\/p>\n<h4>M\u00e9todo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p>Combinar el miso con un poco de agua caliente en un bol y mezclar con una cuchara hasta que el miso se disuelva. A\u00f1adir el resto de ingredientes y mezclar bien con una cuchara.
