Y es que he estado s\u00faper, s\u00faper, s\u00faper busy acabando mil cosas. Entre ellas mi primer libro de alimentaci\u00f3n viva y recetas\u00a0<em>raw food. \u00a1<\/em>S\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed! Por fin ya he entregado todo el material \u2014texto y fotograf\u00edas\u2014 y ya est\u00e1 en fase de dise\u00f1o,\u00a0seguro que va a ser un libro precioso. Ya s\u00e9 que siempre me dec\u00eds que ten\u00e9is muchas ganas de tener mi \u00a0libro, bueno, pues ya est\u00e1 casi aqu\u00ed&#8230; Se publicar\u00e1 para la primavera del 2016. Ya os avisar\u00e9 en cuanto me den una fecha concreta. Este a\u00f1o, de hecho, est\u00e1 repleto de novedades. Entre ellas, mi colaboraci\u00f3n mensual con las revistas digitales <a href=\"http:\/\/www.etselquemenges.cat\" target=\"_blank\">Ets el que menges<\/a> y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.soycomocomo.es\" target=\"_blank\">Soy como como<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A principios de mes, se publicar\u00e1 un art\u00edculo\u2013receta en la secci\u00f3n\u00a0<strong><em>recetas raw<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0en la que publico. Con un par de horas en la cocina, puedo hacer\u00a0bastante cantidad para tener listos y\u00a0a\u00f1adir a mis ensaladas durante la semana. S\u00f3lo necesitan un toque de deshidartador para quitarles el fr\u00edo de la nevera y listos. Le dan\u00a0un toque crujiente y cargado de nutrientes y antioxidantes a la ensalada, pero tambi\u00e9n de color. Pasar un par de horas a la semana en la cocina para preparar nuestra\u00a0semana es algo que te aconsejo encarecidamente, el mejor regalo que te puedes hacer.\u00a0A\u00a0m\u00ed me gusta preparar\u00a0semideshidratados como los de esta receta.
